About Us
J Long Motor Engineers was started over
40 years ago by Mr J Long, a qualified engineer.
The business is now owned and run by Paul Starling who
has been with the company since 1985. |

Paul is fully skilled and served an apprenticeship
with a main dealer working on Austin Rover, Jaguar and
Rolls Royce.
The other member of staff, Des , is
also fully skilled and is main dealer trained.
Between them they have over 50 years experience in the
motor trade.
Paul and Des pride themselves on providing a quality,
friendly and honest service. As a result approximately
90% of J Long Motor Engineers custom comes by recommendation.
